Q&A 10 - WHITE BUFFALO & BLACK DEER

Q - Since we have just seen the birth of a white buffalo and a black deer, should we be looking at the Indian folklore about the birth of a pure white buffalo signifying Messiah and an all black deer signifying Anti Christ?

A - It is indeed a very interesting quirk! First we have the pure white buffalo being born a week before the Orthodox Pentecost, then we have the pure black deer being born about a week later on Pentecost weekend. None of the reports I found specified the exact day of the black deer's birth, though the white buffalo was 06/06/05 or 06/07/05 (the date varies with the source). The reports of 06/15/05 said that the black deer was born "last weekend", putting the birth around the 11th or 12th.

I see quite a bit of potential prophetic significance here. Regarding the Messianic potential of the white buffalo, we will look first to the Tree 1 (Tree of Life) perspective. (Tree 1 being Tree of Life and Tree 2 being the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil are discussed in our Nether Nuggets online book).

Though some Indian traditions hold that the birth of the white buffalo is significant, others profess that it is the maturity of the white buffalo which is worthy of attention. Maybe we should look at both. You see, apparently a white buffalo was born about ten years ago, and has just been deemed "mature". It was a male. The one born this June was a female. In the prophetic picture of the Bride of Christ and her Bridegroom Yeshua, the first of the two white (pure) buffalo (being the male) would depict the Bridegroom. He is now mature (i.e. has made all preparations and is ready to receive His Bride). The birthing of the child in Revelation 12 symbolizes the birth of the First Fruits to be caught up to God. Though it is a manchild, (significant to the 144,000 males in Revelation 14), it also symbolizes the Bride of Christ (a female). The birth of the white female buffalo could well be symbolic of the birth in Revelation 12 which will bring forth the pure Bride of Christ to be caught up in the First Fruits Harvest Rapture.

I was very excited when I heard of this birth and began piecing it all together. Then I heard of the black deer being born about a week later. The birth of an all black deer is strange enough, but an even stranger feature is noted in the articles about this deer. It seems that it has blue eyes. When discussing this feature with others, I have been informed (though I cannot verify it at this time) that the white buffalo just born also had blue eyes, meaning that it was not simply an albino (which would have had pink eyes).

Reports of animals who turn into humans then back to animals are common during spiritual visions and visitations. Invariably, one notable characteristic stands out when the characters are described (both before and after the shape-shifting). It is their bright blue eyes. Bright steely blue eyes have also been noted when people (even thouse who normally do NOT have blue eyes) are taken over by a spirit during periods of possession. How many pictures of deer have you seen with blue eyes? How many buffalo? Sorcha Faal's extremely insightful writings are found on WhatDoesItMean.com. One such writing (whatdoesitmean.com/index766.htm) tells of this black deer. She explained that the black skin and hair are the result of excessive amounts of melanin (a protein which is coded into the genes). She further states, "The irises of all eyes in mammals containing a large amount of melanin will always appear black or brown, but in this Black Deer, and whose colour of black can only be due to a high level of melanin, its eyes are Blue." The implication is that only a supernatural intervention could have caused blue eyes in a black deer. In an eerie choice of words, she even refers to this deer's eyes as "human eyes". Though I would not say "human", they may not be the normal eyes of a deer either!

From a Tree 2 perspective, we have the duality of good and evil operating in opposition to one another, yet to balance one another in an ironic matrix of uniformity, even as the black and white of the yin/yang are confined within the parameter of a single circle. There are two beasts in Revelation. The False Prophet Beast will bring forth the feminine energies of the New Religious Order, and the Political Beast will bring forth the New World Governmental unity. The New Religious Order will be brought in by NESARA (see othr writings on this site), and will appear to be the light overcoming the dark. This would be a type of white buffalo coming into play. The political figure will be the authority figure of the global movement, and will follow the white buffalo, even as the black deer was born immediately after the birth of the white buffalo. Though the religious figure will support this political beast, his true color will become evident quickly. His dark nature will show forth boldly.

In yet another perspective, there is also a conjecture that this last "white Pope" may be in authority for only a very short time before a "black Pope" comes forward, and could likewise be symbolized by these births. I rather see this "black Pope" figure as being the false Messiah.

There are a number of ways one might view this combination of events, and I believe there may be validity to each of those presented above. Even as God's Word is layered, so too may His Signs of the Times have multiple layers in meaning. The black deer was appropriately named Midnight. It may be that we are now at the midnight hour. The midnight cry of Matthew 25:6 may be forthcoming!
